5. Complimentary back up
We prioritize regular data protection with complimentary backups taken every alternate day. This consistent approach ensures that your environment remains secure and up-to-date. Backups are retained for 15 days(7 copies), providing historical data accessibility. The backup will be retained for 15 days from the capture date and after 15 days the data will be over written by the new backups. With complimentary backups, you may not be able to access the backups directly and will have to contact the CloudJiffy support team to understand the availble backups and the CloudJiffy team will restore the same for you.
If the need arises for data restoration, we are here to assist you. While we may not offer the granularity of restoring individual files or databases, we provide a comprehensive environment restoration service. This means that in the event of data loss or issues, we can restore your entire container from the backups. Our support team is well-equipped to handle environment restorations promptly and accurately. Should you encounter any data-related challenges, we stand ready to assist in recovering your environment to its previous state.

Where there is a need to restore data, please reach out to our team via ticket and our team will share the list of backups available with us. You can choose which version of the back should be restored and our team will restore the data for you.
